Meet the Founder: Amy Rende
Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a mom, wife, and real estate investor who went from a high-stress corporate job to building a life of freedom through real estate. I started just like many of you—wondering if I could really make this work.
After working as a CPA and later in sales recruiting, I realized I wanted more control over my time, income, and future. In 2020, I left my full-time W2 job and jumped into real estate with zero flips under my belt—but a big dream and a strong work ethic. Within just 12 weeks, I completed my first flip and bought a rental property. I haven’t looked back since.
Today, I teach aspiring investors how to do the same using a clear, repeatable process that actually works. I believe you don’t have to be rich or experienced—you just need the right guidance, a willingness to learn, and a little courage to take that first step.
